Abstrak

Striae atau strechmark merupakan lesi kulit jinak berupa guratan peradangan paralel tegak lurus dengan arah ketegangan kulit yang memiliki morbiditas kosmetik dan dapat meningkatkan risiko infeksi sekunder pada kasus yang berat. Berbagai modalitas terapi telah diperkenalkan seperti terapi topikal, terapi fisik menggunakan alat, laser, dan yang terbaru berupa terapi seluler menggunakan platelet-rich plasma. Berbagai pilihan modalitas terapi dilaporkan memberikan hasil yang bervariasi.
