Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Kandidiasis adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi Candida sp., terutama Candida albicans. Kandidiasis dapat terjadi pada kulit, membran mukosa, kuku, dan saluran pencernaan, dengan risiko yang lebih tinggi pada orang dengan gangguan sistem imun. Tujuan: Mengetahui profil penderita kandidiasis di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta periode Januari 2016−Desember 2019. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif retrospektif ini mengkaji jenis kelamin, usia, diagnosis primer, penyakit penyerta, dan distribusi tipe kandidiasis di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Hasil: Selama periode studi, terdapat 177 pasien kandidiasis, di mana 147 pasien menjalani rawat jalan dan 30 menjalani rawat inap. Pseudohyphae ditemukan pada semua tes KOH pasien rawat inap. Mayoritas pasien kandidiasis berjenis kelamin wanita (77,97%), dengan distribusi usia yang bervariasi pada pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Kandidiasis kulit ditemukan pada 53,74% pasien rawat jalan dan 66,67% pasien rawat inap. Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan komorbiditas yang paling banyak ditemukan (20%) pada pasien kandidiasis. Terapi antifungal yang digunakan adalah miconazole 2% topikal yang diberikan pada 42,37% pasien serta fluconazole sistemik 150 mg yang diberikan pada 33,90% pasien.
